An inspection reveals any minor building defects or issues that need to be addressed before preparation begins. Any nailing required is performed with an air punch, minimising damage to timber surfaces and ensuring solid fastening.
All surfaces to be coated are then drum sanded to bare timber by qualified floor sanders, and thoroughly washed with Deck Reviva. All surfaces not being coated are covered to ensure a clean, no-drip finish. We also remove any large or bulky items from the area to minimise the risk of drips or splash damage.
